Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. We have various shipping options available at checkout.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on custom/personalized items, please purchase with this in mind.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For any non-custom items, please contact us at vacaypinspo@gmail.com and explain as to why you are wanting to return your item. If accepted, we will send you a shipping label & reimburse your purchase. Domestic returns must be received at our shop 20 business days after the return label is emailed to the customer. At this time, we do not allow international returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
